    1. I just placed an order, when will I receive it?
  1. Orders typically take 1-2 days to process, dependant on the volume of orders, and shipping takes between 3-5 days.

 

  1. Will I get a tracking number?
  2. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed and ready to ship.

 

  1. Where do you ship?
  2. We ship only within the U.S. and U.S. territories.

 

  1. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
  2. Due to the nature of our product, we can not ship to P.O. boxes. Entering a P.O. Box into the shipping address may result in shipping delays.

 

  1. Can I return my order?
  2. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on any e-liquids.

 

  1. I received my package damaged. What should I do?
  2. For any claims due to damage in transit, please contact your shipping carrier for information on how to enter a claim. If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturers defect, please contact our customer support team at customersupport@kiloeliquids.com.

 

  1. My 1K Closed System was defective, can I get a replacement?
  2. We offer a 90-day warranty on all 1K devices and pods. Please see more warranty information here.
