How long is my device covered by the warranty?

All 1k devices and pods come with a (90) day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

Kilo E-Liquids warranty covers products against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase from kiloeliquids.com or an authorized retailer. Warranty is non-transferable.

How do I enter a claim?

Review the Kilo E-Liquids warranty page to determine if your device is covered.

To enter a claim, visit kiloeliquids.com/warranty and submit the warranty form at this link. A Kilo E-Liquids representative will contact you within 48 hours.

If we determine that the defect is with the device and not from normal wear and tear, we will, at our discretion, exchange the device for a new one.

Proof of purchase may be requested.

What is covered by the warranty?

  • Any products that proved defective because of improper manufacturing
  • If you received the product broken
  • If your pod was leaking inside the packaging

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

  • Damage resulting from improper use & maintenance
  • Damage resulting from the product coming into contact with moisture or extreme environmental condition
  • Damage caused modification to alter functionality
  • Cosmetic damage through wear and tear
  • Opening disassembling or tampering with your device in any way
  • Damage resulting from natural disasters
  • Theft of a product
  • Loss of a product
